Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The Master Bedroom (Upstairs) is a spacious room with a full en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and a large balcony offering spectacular views over the golf course and Outeniqua Mountains. The downstairs Bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully landscaped garden and fairway views. Two Additional Bedrooms (Upstairs) both have balconies and share a modern full bathroom.
Living Spaces: The spacious lounge Includes an indoor fireplace and a private view onto the well-kept fynbos garden, with large glass panels that slide open to the pool lounge with a built-in braai. The dining area is seamlessly connected to the lounge, allowing for an open and inviting space.the upstairs pyjama lounge features comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV with selected DSTV channels.

Booking Information:- Check-in: 3:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM- Minimum Stay: 2 nights is required throughout the year. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.
Policies:- Not pet friendly.- No parties: This is non-negotiable. If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Interaction:Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access permit to ensure a smooth entry.
