Vida Cottage sleeps six guests in Kingswood Hamlet on Kingswood Golf Estate, George. The home overlooks the 16th fairway and Outeniqua Mountains, with a relaxed interior in blue and stone tones.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: the main bedroom has a queen bed and full en-suite. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a second full bathroom. Linen, bath towels, a hair dryer and heating/cooling fans are provided.
Living and amenities: the open-plan lounge and dining area includes a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV with DStv and board games. A covered patio with built-in braai and deck chairs overlooks the fairway. The kitchen has a coffee machine; the scullery includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Uncapped Wi-Fi, a double garage with direct access and off-street parking are available. The estate has 24-hour manned security.
Stay arrangements: check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. The usual minimum is two nights; five to seven nights may apply during peak periods or special events. Confirm rates and arrival instructions when booking. Additional cleaning is available by prior arrangement for a fee.
Estate guidelines: no pets, parties, indoor smoking or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Use designated walking routes and keep off fairways during play. Kingsgate is available by phone or WhatsApp.

Guests are encouraged to freely explore the estate during their stay. However, we strongly advise avoiding the fairways to prevent any unintended encounters with golf balls in play. Your safety is our priority.
Other things to note
We encourage guests to show respect for permanent residents by keeping the rules of the golf estate at all times of which no noise after 22h00 is probably the most important one to remember. Non compliance to these regulations may result in cancellation of the booking with immediate effect without prior warning.
