They share a full bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.
Living Spaces: The cosy couch can be converted into a queen-size sleeper, perfect for extra guests or for enjoying lazy moments in front of the wood fireplace. Sliding doors open up to an indoor braai facility, making it ideal for entertaining.The fully equipped kitchen and scullery include a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, making daily living a breeze. The open-plan design of the kitchen, dining, and living areas creates a warm and inviting space.

Location: Situated in the heart of Kingswood Golf Estate, guests can enjoy discounted green fees during their stay, except from 10 December to 10 January each year.
Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and the freedom to enjoy all amenities.
Booking Information:- Check-in: 3:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM- Minimum Stay: 2 nights is required throughout the year. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.
Policies:- Small pets on request.- No parties: This is non-negotiable. If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Interaction:Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access token to ensure a smooth entry.
