Guest AccessGuests enjoy exclusive use of their booked unit — whether the full 5-bedroom main villa or the separate 2-bedroom flat, making it ideal for groups booking both together. Braai areas and parking are designated for guests only, ensuring privacy and space throughout your stay.
Booking Information- Check-in: 15:00- Check-out: 10:00- Minimum Stay: 2 nights (7 nights during peak season: 15 Dec to 5 Jan)- Deposit: 50% to confirm reservation; balance due prior to arrival.- Payments: EFT / direct transfer / approved online platforms only.- Servicing: Daily cleaning service available at an additional cost (pre-arranged).
Rates: Seasonal pricing; currently approx. R 2 600 per night for the 2-bedroom flat, and R 7 500-10 000 per night for the main villa (subject to change and availability).
Policies- Parties / Events: Strictly prohibited — this is a peaceful residential property. - Noise: Quiet hours 22:00–08:00. - Smoking: Not permitted indoors.- Pets: Allowed only with prior approval.- Registered Guests Only: No visitors beyond the number confirmed at booking.
