Sidwell Gardens is a double-storey home in Heatherpark, George, adjacent to Kingswood Estate. It forms part of a private cluster of four establishments and accommodates six guests in three bedrooms. Views extend towards parts of Fancourt and the mountains.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: all three bedrooms are upstairs and air-conditioned. Two have full en-suite bathrooms and open to patios. The third has no en-suite; confirm bathroom access and the four-bed configuration when booking. A guest toilet is also listed.

Living and amenities: open-plan ground-floor lounge, dining area and equipped kitchen. Glass doors open to two patios: one beside the private splash pool and another with a built-in braai. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a 50-inch TV with Chromecast and Netflix, a washing machine, solar backup power and a double garage. Confirm supported appliances during outages. A travel cot is available on request for a fee.

Stay arrangements: check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. The usual minimum is two nights; five to seven nights may apply during peak periods or special events. Confirm current rates, cleaning fees and arrival arrangements. Guests receive a personal welcome and phone or WhatsApp support.

House rules: no pets, parties, indoor smoking or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Respect neighbours and cluster access rules.
