Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and make use of the enclosed garden with a trampoline for the kids. Modern Conveniences: Stay connected with a Smart TV offering Netflix and Openview, and reliable WiFi supported by a UPS to keep you connected during load shedding. Rechargeable lights ensure you never miss a moment during power outages.
Family and Pet-Friendly AccommodationIf you’re relocating, building a new home, or just looking for a temporary place to stay, we offer short- to med-term accommodations. Our properties are designed to cater to families and are pet-friendly, ensuring that every member of your household, including your furry friends, feels right at home.
Additional Facilities: The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dishwashing area and modern amenities. A separate laundry room features a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
Security: An alarm system and motorised garage provide secure parking and peace of mind.
Location: Centrally located, Rusgenot is close to George Dam and just a 10-minute drive from the picturesque Victoria Bay. This makes it an excellent base for exploring the area, enjoying some golf, or simply relaxing.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and the freedom to enjoy all the amenities.
Booking Information:- Check-in: 3:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM- Minimum Stay: 2 nights is required throughout the year. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.
Policies:- Pets on request.- No parties: This is non-negotiable. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Interaction:Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication.
