Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The Master Bedroom is furnished with twin single beds and features a full en-suite bathroom.  The second and third bedrooms also have twin single beds, each with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower.  Crisp, clean linen and towels are provided, along with heater/cooling fans for your comfort.
Living Spaces: The open-plan living and dining area is fully furnished and features a flat-screen TV with a full bouquet of DStv channels.  The living space opens onto an undercover patio with a built-in barbeque, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining.
Modern Conveniences: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and the scullery includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.  Uncapped Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for guests to stay connected.
Additional Facilities: Double garage with direct access to the house through the scullery. Linen, bath towels, and a hair dryer are provided.  Free and secure parking is available, with a patrolling night watch for added security.
Location: Located within Kingswood Golf Estate, offering direct access to the golf course and close proximity to the estate's amenities.
Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and the freedom to enjoy all amenities.
Booking Information:- Check-in: 3:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM- Minimum Stay: 2 nights is required throughout the year. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.
Policies:- Not pet friendly.- No parties: This is non-negotiable. If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Interaction: Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access token to enter the estate.

When staying at our property on Kingswood Estate, it is essential that all guests adhere to the estate's rules and regulations to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Please take note of the following:
Zero Noise Policy: Kingswood Estate is a quiet, family-oriented community. As such, there is a strict ZERO tolerance for excessive noise, especially after hours. This includes loud gatherings, music, or any disturbances that may disrupt the serenity of the estate.
Respect for Neighbours: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate’s residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.
No Rowdy Behaviour: If your stay involves a group or social event, please ensure that your plans align with the estate’s expectations for a tranquil environment. The estate is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings.
Failure to comply with these rules could result in fines or immediate eviction from the property. We value your cooperation in helping to maintain the peaceful environment that Kingswood Estate is known for.
