The third bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a three-quarter pull-out bed, accommodating three adults and a child. Additionally, an extra sleeping area with two single beds shares a full bathroom complete with a shower, bath, and toilet.
Kingswood Estate is a peaceful, family-oriented community, designed as a retreat for those seeking tranquility and an escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s not an ideal location for rowdy guests. If you’re looking for a serene environment, we would be happy to proceed with your booking once the rules are understood and accepted.

Location: Situated in the prestigious Kingswood Golf Estate, guests have direct access to the world-class golf course and clubhouse. The property is also close to George's attractions, including beautiful beaches, hiking trails, and wildlife encounters. Shops and restaurants are conveniently nearby.
Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and the freedom to enjoy all amenities.
Booking Information:- Check-in: 3:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM- Minimum Stay: 2 nights is required throughout the year. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.
Policies:- Small pets on request.- No parties: This is non-negotiable. If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Interaction:Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access token to ensure a smooth entry.

Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate’s residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.
No Rowdy Behaviour: If your stay involves a group or social event, please ensure that your plans align with the estate’s expectations for a tranquil environment. The estate is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings.
Failure to comply with these rules could result in fines or immediate eviction from the property. We value your cooperation in helping to maintain the peaceful environment that Kingswood Estate is known for.

For added convenience, laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer are available, and secure parking is provided in the double garage. The house opens up to an enclosed patio furnished with comfortable seating and features built-in braai facilities, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining.
