The dining area offers a welcoming space with a dining table and chairs for meals and gatherings. Adjacent to the dining area, there is a comfortable lounge area perfect for relaxation, where guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi or watch TV.

For added convenience, laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer are available, and secure parking is provided in the double garage. The house opens up to an enclosed patio furnished with comfortable seating and features built-in braai facilities, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining.
