Main Features:
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Accommodating up to eight guests, the house features four bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom offers twin beds convertible to a king-size and an en-suite bathroom with a soothing bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom has the same twin-to-king configuration with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms, provide ample space and privacy.
Living Spaces: The open-plan dining and living area welcomes you with plush cream leather sofas, a gas fireplace, and glittering crystal chandeliers, setting a luxurious tone. An additional pyjama lounge upstairs offers cosy leather seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a full DStv bouquet.
Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the meticulously maintained garden with a pristine pool, a trampoline, a swingball set, and pool noodles. The patio features a built-in wood/charcoal braai, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Modern Conveniences: The heart of the house is the kitchen, featuring dark cherry wood cabinets and vibrant red accents, along with a scullery equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Free uncapped WiFi ensures uninterrupted connectivity, even during load-shedding.
Additional Facilities: The estate offers cycling and hiking trails, an orbitrack, and a treadmill for indoor exercise. The office space with a pool view provides a quiet spot for work or study.
Security: The property includes a double garage for secure storage of golf bags and luggage and an alarm system for added safety.
Location: Nestled within Kingswood Golf Estate, the home is perfectly situated to offer both tranquillity and convenience. The estate's amenities and the nearby attractions make it an ideal choice for a luxurious getaway.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and the freedom to enjoy all the amenities.
Booking Information:- Check-in: 3:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM- Minimum Stay: A stay of 2 nights is required throughout the year. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing may vary based on the season and length of stay. Policies:- Small pets on request. - No parties: This is non-negotiable. If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. If you plan to party, please book elsewhere.- Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Interaction:Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access token to ensure smooth entry.

Zero Noise Policy: Kingswood Estate is a quiet, family-oriented community. As such, there is a strict ZERO tolerance for excessive noise, especially after hours. This includes loud gatherings, music, or any disturbances that may disrupt the serenity of the estate.

Respect for Neighbours: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate’s residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.

No Rowdy Behaviour: If your stay involves a group or social event, please ensure that your plans align with the estate’s expectations for a tranquil environment. The estate is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings.
