Fifty1 on Long is a four-bedroom home on Kingswood Golf Estate, George, accommodating eight guests.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: all four bedrooms have twin beds and en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom and upstairs main bedroom can be arranged as king beds; the downstairs en-suite has a bath and the main en-suite has a bath and shower. Confirm your preferred bed setup before arrival.
Living and leisure: the open-plan living and dining area has a gas fireplace. An upstairs lounge offers a flat-screen TV with DStv. The garden includes a pool, trampoline, swingball and pool noodles; the patio has a built-in wood/charcoal braai. A pool-view office, orbitrack and treadmill are available.
Practical amenities: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, uncapped Wi-Fi, double garage and alarm system. Confirm Wi-Fi and power arrangements for your stay. A travel cot, baby bath, high chair and babysitter recommendations can be requested, subject to availability.
Stay arrangements: check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. The usual minimum is two nights; five to seven nights may apply during peak periods or special events. Current rates, cleaning fees and golf arrangements must be confirmed when booking. Small pets require prior approval.
Estate guidelines: no parties, indoor smoking or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Use designated walking routes and keep off fairways during play. Kingsgate is available by phone or WhatsApp.

Guest accessGuests are welcome to roam about freely on the estate. However, steering clear from fairways to avoid mishaps with golf balls in play is strongly advised and will be strictly enforced by security personnel in the event of a complaint.
For golfers, undoubtedly the 18 hole Sally Little signature golf course designed by Danie Obermeyer is the prime attraction therefore guests enjoy discounted rates at the clubhouse for the duration of their stay.
Apart from golf, other leisure activities such as bird watching, jogging, walking or cycling along the Riverine Trail can be enjoyed… all in a setting of breathtaking, natural beauty!
The clubhouse restaurant offers excellent coffee and a few tasty breakfast & lunch options. They are also open on Friday evenings for dinner (bookings essential).
Whether traveling for relaxation, nature, cuisine, art, attractions, shopping, local experiences, recreational activities or work, George and rest of the Garden Route is without a doubt the destination of choice.
Other things to noteGuests are to adhere to the Kingswood regulations at all times (part of the pre-book notice). Non compliance to any of them may result in the cancellation of the booking and guests will not qualify for reimbursement in such instances.
We also advise guests to respect permanent residents at all times and not interrupt the estate's tranquility which kicks in from 10 pm daily.
Babysitter recommendations as well as a baby bath, high chair and travel crib are available on request (depending availability of course).
