About Fairway Retreat
Fairway Retreat is a four-bedroom self-catering home in a sought-after golf estate in George, accommodating eight guests. Fairway and Outeniqua Mountain views complement a private courtyard pool and dedicated office.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: all four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, quality linen and cupboard space. Five beds are listed; confirm their sizes and allocation for your group before booking. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Living and amenities: open-plan equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, built-in indoor braai, balcony and outdoor seating. The sheltered internal courtyard has a private swimming pool. An executive office includes a desk, seating and library overlooking the garden and fairway. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, uncapped Wi-Fi and secure parking.
The estate has controlled access and 24-hour manned security. George's golf courses, coastal outings, restaurants and shops offer options for day trips; confirm golf access and activities separately.
Stay arrangements: check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. The usual minimum is two nights; five to seven nights may apply during peak periods or special events. Confirm current rates, additional cleaning fees and self-check-in instructions.
Estate guidelines: no pets, parties, events, indoor smoking or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Keep to designated walking routes and off fairways during play. Kingsgate is available by WhatsApp or email.

Guests are encouraged to freely explore the estate during their stay. However, we strongly advise avoiding the fairways to prevent any unintended encounters with golf balls in play. Your safety is our priority.
Other things to note
We encourage guests to show respect for permanent residents by keeping the rules of the golf estate at all times of which no noise after 22h00 is probably the most important one to remember. Non compliance to these regulations may result in cancellation of the booking with immediate effect without prior warning.
