Dolphin Dream is an ocean-view self-catering home in Herolds Bay, accommodating up to eight guests near Oubaai Golf Course.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: the upstairs main suite has an extra-length king bed, walk-through wardrobe and en-suite shower. Downstairs are two queen bedrooms with partial sea views and patio access, plus a twin room whose beds can be combined on request. Each room has an en-suite; one includes both a bath and shower.
Important two-guest arrangement: for bookings of two guests, the three downstairs bedrooms and kitchenette are closed. Shared lounges, main kitchen, pool and outdoor spaces remain for your private use. Confirm your booked layout.
Living and leisure: open-plan upstairs kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs are a second lounge, Smart TV, kitchenette and work nook. Amazon Firestick devices, Alexa and mesh-supported unlimited Wi-Fi are provided. Outside, enjoy a private pool, optional pool heating, firepit braai and outdoor shower. Confirm heating availability and cost.
Kitchen and practical amenities: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine, tea/coffee amenities, wine fridge and fridge/freezer with ice maker. Solar power, gas-assisted hot water, a filtered rainwater system, two secure garages, monitored alarm and garden beams are listed. Linen, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer and refillable toiletries are supplied.
Stay arrangements: standard check-in 13:00 and checkout 12:00; peak-season check-in 15:00 and checkout 10:00. Minimum stays are three nights normally and five to seven in peak periods. One housekeeping service is included per seven-night stay; extra cleaning costs apply. Confirm rates and arrival instructions with Kingsgate.
House rules: no pets, indoor smoking, parties or disruptive behaviour. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Kingsgate is available by message during your stay.
