The villas are thoughtfully positioned to maintain privacy, with separate private entrances, outdoor living areas and entertainment spaces. The only shared area is the spacious parking courtyard, where guests of both villas may park their vehicles.

One villa features a private swimming pool, while the second villa does not. Both residences offer the same premium standard of luxury, comfort and privacy, making them ideal for couples, families, golfing groups or corporate travellers seeking an exclusive Garden Route retreat.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

Please respect the home and treat it as you would your own.
No parties, events, or excessive noise.
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00.
No smoking or vaping throughout the property.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Please switch off lights, air conditioning and appliances when not in use.
Report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly.
Kindly leave the villa in a neat and tidy condition upon departure.
