The main bedroom downstairs has a full en-suite bathroom, and when the double doors are opened, the tranquil garden is invited inside. Upstairs, the second bedroom also has twin single beds with a full en-suite bathroom and a small balcony offering magnificent views of the Outeniqua Mountains. The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom and are situated next to a small laptop-friendly space.
Living Spaces: The spacious living room is elegantly furnished with dark wood furniture, deep red carpets, and duck egg accessories. The pyjama lounge offers a large fireplace and colonial off-white furniture, opening onto the patio through a glass sliding door. The open-plan dining area adjacent to the living room is ideal for family gatherings.
Outdoor Amenities: The property boasts a spacious family dining area with seating for al fresco meals and socializing. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.
Policies:- Pets are not allowed.- No parties: This is non-negotiable. If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
