About 40 Ridge Drive
40 Ridge Drive is a single-level self-catering home on Kingswood Golf Estate in George. It sleeps six guests in three bedrooms and has views across the golf course towards the Outeniqua Mountains.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: the main suite has a king-size bed, access to the pool area and an en-suite with a bath, walk-in shower and double basins. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite shower. The third has a double bed and a separate private bathroom with a bath and shower. Linen and towels are provided.
Living and leisure: a wood-burning fireplace and 75-inch Smart TV serve the lounge. The indoor braai area has a mini bar fridge and an additional TV. Outside, enjoy a small swimming pool, sun deck and balcony overlooking the fairways.
Kitchen and practical amenities: gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ice machine, uncapped Wi-Fi, gas geysers and off-street open parking. The estate has 24-hour manned security.
Stay arrangements: check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. The usual minimum is two nights; five to seven nights may apply during peak periods or special events. Confirm current rates and arrival instructions when booking. Additional cleaning is available by prior arrangement for a fee.
Estate guidelines: no pets, parties, indoor smoking or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Keep to designated walking routes and off fairways during play. Kingsgate is available by phone or WhatsApp.

Guests are encouraged to freely explore the estate during their stay. However, we strongly advise avoiding the fairways to prevent any unintended encounters with golf balls in play. Your safety is our priority.
Other things to note
We encourage guests to show respect for permanent residents by keeping the rules of the golf estate at all times of which no noise after 22h00 is probably the most important one to remember. Non compliance to these regulations may result in cancellation of the booking with immediate effect without prior warning.
