About 35 Brookside
35 Brookside is a four-bedroom self-catering home on Kingswood Golf Estate in George, sleeping six guests. It overlooks the newer part of the estate and the 4th fairway.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: two spacious bedrooms have queen beds; two smaller rooms each have a single bed, one extra-length. The main bedroom has a full en-suite. The remaining rooms share a full bathroom, with a separate guest toilet in the hall.
Living and amenities: open-plan living and dining, a 65-inch TV with DStv and streaming services, backup inverter/battery power, Wi-Fi and a travel cot on request. Braai options include indoor wood and gas facilities and a charcoal Weber. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven and coffee machine; the scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A double garage, parking and storage for luggage and golf equipment are available. Confirm streaming access and backup-power limits before arrival.
Stay arrangements: check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. The usual minimum is two nights; five to seven nights may apply during peak periods or special events. Confirm current rates, golf arrangements and arrival instructions when booking. Additional cleaning is available by prior arrangement for a fee.
Estate guidelines: no pets, parties, indoor smoking or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Use designated walking routes and keep off fairways during play. Kingsgate is available via WhatsApp or email.
