The spacious well-equipped kitchen rubs shoulders with the living room, dining room and tv lounge, providing a capacious space - guests will be spoilt for choice on where to spend time indoors.

Both the lounge and living room exit through large sliding doors onto a patio with built-in braai. In winter, the cosy gas fireplace will keep you snug and warm whilst in summer, doors can be thrown wide open to let in the delicate cool breeze that slips through the estate from the ocean.

The crispy clean pool, which overlooks the Outeniqua Mountains, nestles itself centrally on the lawn and surrounding fenced-in garden. Guests can either soak up the sun next to the pool or work out in the spacious garage on the orbitrack and treadmill when not exploring the Garden Route or playing a round of golf. This abode offers guests safe and secure parking on the premises.

For the guest who loves to stay on the green belt with all it has to offer in- as well as outside, this unit is the answer.
